| AvalonBay Communities Inc is one of the nations leading Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs) in the business of developing redeveloping acquiring and managing quality apartment communities in high barriertoentry markets of the United States These markets are located in the Northeast MidAtlantic Pacific Northwest and Northern and Southern California regions of the country We are currently searching for a strong Product Manager to provide ownership and strategic vision for the PeopleSoft Financials suite v 91 This position will be based at our Corporate Headquarters in Arlington VA This position will be responsible for the following Work with functional users to understand ongoing requirements prioritize development work and liaise with technical resources to create solutions Manage the quality assurance for the product working with subject matter experts and technical resources to conduct functional regression integration and performance testing Assist in the APAMGL close process Provide advanced level training to end users within functional groups Respond to any and all customer issues including the diagnosis and resolution of issues within a customer service focused environment Qualified applicants will posses Minimum 57 years experience with PeopleSoft Financials A minimum of 12 years experience working as a Product Managerowner of a major software package serving as the go to person within the organization A strong customer service orientation The ability to manage resources both internal and external A strong knowledge and understanding of Accounting Bachelors degree or higher in a related business field (Masters Degree preferred) |
