Job Description
| The IT Sales Engineer will be responsible for expanding Ottos overall service offerings by providing specific technical support in sales opportunities This specific knowledge will be utilized in supporting sales engagements developing relationships with key software partners and by supporting and initiating sales activities and delivery of Otto turnkey solutions Provide technical knowledge to prospects in the support of Otto Sales Force to build a sustainable business around the sale and installation of operational management solutions Provide technical presales and postsales support around emerging operational management solutions such as barcode RFID tablet based devices handheld computers and other tools Write the technical scope for statements of work and requests for proposals (RFPs) Work with Otto delivery team to ensure agreed to scope proposed prior to client submission Develop technical collateral (architecture diagrams integration strategies etc) to support sales activities Provide superior written and verbal articulation of technical solutions to potential customers Develop relationships with key operational management software vendors Once a key technology area has been developed work with service delivery to build a practice around the technology To qualify for this position the selected candidate will possess Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems or related discipline Five years directly relatedhandson experience Excellent writing skills demonstrated in technical proposals Experience delivering presentations and white board presentations to clients Ability to travel (12 day trips) to support presales activity throughout the US RFID data collection systems experience Certification(s) on IT operations management products PMP Certification Network+ Microsoft Engineering certifications preferred To apply for this opportunity httpswwwhirebridgecomv3applicationapplinkaspxcid6466jid178311 httpswwwhirebridgecomv3applicationapplinkaspxcid6466ampjid178311 EEOAA |
