| Immediate contracttoperm position available for answering online forum questions and posting in social media channels for Microsoft Windows 7 and related technologies to support an IT Professional (IT Pro) audience The goal is to help IT Professionals with problems they experience based on posting online questions Depending on the scenario help may be detailed steps troubleshooting tips or pointing users to resources on a Microsoft web site The successful candidate for this position must have awareness and experience with Windows 7 deployment tools and virtualization technologies as well as help desksupport technician or related experience The contract (1099) period is 90days at which time we will evaluate your performance to determine if we will offer a fulltime (W2) position You can work from home using companyprovided equipment or you can work in our office on the Seacoast of NH Our preference is for candidates in the Northern New England or Seattle areas Note A background check and reference checks will be conducted on successful candidate so please do not apply if you do not accept this Qualifications At least 6 months experience with Windows 7 and related toolstechnologies for IT Professionals (consumer features will not be considered) Excellent written communication skills Experience in posting to online forums or other social sites for technology issues As a first step in the interview process you will be required to post in the Microsoft Windows 7 TechNet forums MCSE or similar Microsoft certification a plus Benefits Fulltime position Work from home or onsite in the seacoast area of NH Flexible hours 1099 contract position for 3 months then possible W2 hire with benefits If we hire you as a W2 employee benefits include health insurance and 401K plan Salary commensurate with experience and knowledge Weekly calls with Microsoft To apply follow these instructions Send current resume and contact information Send desired salary or hourly wage requirements Send a full example writing of helping a customer with a Windows 7 problem or a link to your blog or other online site where you provided guidance to IT Professionals |
