| About Surya Now moving into its 36th year Surya is an energetic home dcor brand that has gained attention for its innovative designs and breadth of high quality home accessory solutions Products ranging from area rugs and pillows to poufs and wall art are sold through a broad spectrum of global retailers distributors and interior designers The company has partnered with renowned designers such as HGTVpersonality Candice Olson to create the most exciting fashionforward product range in home accessories today Surya fosters an energetic work environment of creativity and collaboration with each employee taking personal ownership in the company known for its bestinclass products and solutionsdriven customer experience Surya has been named for two consecutive years to Inc Magazines Inc 5005000 list of Americas fastest growing privately held companies Position Overview Surya is looking for a motivated Sales Analyst to help us managesynthesize data and build analytics and reports to grow the business You will work closely with our sales and technology teams as well as other business groups You are a technically savvy individual with outstanding analytical abilities excellent communication skills and a good business understanding The successful candidate will be a general problemsolver who enjoys diving into data is excited about investigations and can multitask Position is located at Surya Headquarters in Calhoun GA Responsibilities Data Management Manage research and analyze Salesforcecom data Oversee the quality of data in Salesforcecom by coordinating efforts with staff and end users Identify and correct all data discrepancies between Salesforcecom and other internal databases Provide ongoing training of staff related to use of Salesforcecom and related tools Identify best practices being used and encourage adoption amongst staff ReportingAnalysis Define reporting requirements for internal teams Form insights based on data and provide optimization recommendations Utilize data to produce predictive models to forecast performance Develop graphs dashboards and ad hoc reports Extract and analyze data from survey tools and tradeshows Present findings to staff and other stakeholders in a concise professional manner Requirements Bachelors degree in Computer Science Business Administration Economics Statistics or related field 23 years experience in data management manipulation and analysis Some knowledge of CRM systems andor salesforcecom preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office with intermediate Excel skills Knowledge of relational databases Strong attention to detail High speed and quality of execution on unstructured tasks Demonstrated ability to organize and manipulate large and complex datasets Ability to coordinate and manage simultaneous data requests of varying size and scope Strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex information to a broad audience Design and maintain reports customized to the needs of different user groups Extract data from source data warehouses analyzing and manipulating data creating data extracts and generating reports Must be willing to commute to Calhoun GA |
