| As the largest independently owned and operated document imaging dealer in the Nation Pacific Office Automation has an extensive client base saturating the West and Southwest As an IT Sales Consultant you will assist in securing managed IT Services accounts design and maintain infrastructural network systems that are stable and provide high client value and support our sales team in growing this program in an energetic and fun environment Minimum qualifications for consideration IT related Degree (additional certifications preferred) Extensive technical experience coupled with sales experience in a technical field An excellent understanding of general IT and service standards and best practices Strong communication and presentation skills A breadth of knowledge and interest in IT Infrastructure Reporting to the IT Sales Manager you will be tasked with Describing the benefits of the service and product solutions offered handling objections persuading clients to utilize our offering Comprehensive consultation to clients at the highest technical levels Designing complex systems and creating Statements of Work for a wide variety of network improvement projects (servers workstations (PC Mac) backup disaster recovery solutions network connectivity components security compliance projects Cloud hosted and onpremise IT solutions) Internalizing and developing the VCIO role within your client base as the trusted technology advisor to clients Contributing to the production of sales proposals tender responses Statements of Work and presentations as needed Developing and maintaining a trusted advisor relationship with current sales teams and IT team helping to teach and develop their understanding of our offering and its benefits Working with service teams as the technical liaison to fulfill client expectations Ongoing development and understanding of key vertical market trends regulations and compliance requirements Ongoing development of IT and industry knowledge |
