| ObserveIT is a fast growing company (22 in the Deloitte Technology Fast 500) which develops an Enterprise Security Software for IT Currently have over 600 customers most coming from Fortune 500 and Fortune 1000 We are headquarted in Tel Aviv and are now opening a new sales office in New York City Currently only 10 of our customers are from the US and we are focused now on expanding that number to 50 The Enterprise Sales Manager role is to create new business and then maintain the relationship for upsell opportunities This is a great role for a solution seller who knows how to navigate complex enterprise deals in multiple verticals and guide the process from endtoend (initial introduction to ongoing account maintenance) The ideal candidate is very savvy in IT security and compliance and is dynamic and a quick learner Comfortable presenting to Clevel executives and rolling up his or her sleeves with IT administrators Responsibilities Meet and exceed individual sales goals quota and activity Manage enterprise level sales opportunities at Fortune 1000 Cultivate sales opportunities with high profile accounts and partnerships Provide technical consulting and expertise in support of pilot POC and large scale enterprise implementations technical product presentations and demonstrations to prospects Respond to proposals RFIs RFPrsquos and security questionnaires Document and manage your sales pipeline in our CRM application Duties and responsibilities MUST have 5+ years of consultative solution selling experience in the IT industry At least 3+ experience and working knowledge of enterprise security best practices A proven ability to manage a defined forecast with stated quarterly objectives Excellent presentation written and oral communication skills Security systems experience including IDM Access Control DLPrsquos Password Vault Experience with compliance standards and regulatory requirements such as PCI Sarbanes Oxley HIPAA NIST and CIS Benchmarks Experience closing complex opportunities ranging in size from 50k up to millions BSBA or equivalent Must be located in the New York City Metro area Some domestic travel required |
