| CETECOM Inc is a leader in the wireless communications testing industry Our clients are some of the most wellknown and influential companies in this field both inside and outside Silicon Valley We focus on emerging technologies such as GSMGPRS EDGE WCDMA LTE Bluetooth 80211x etc with test labs in US Europe and Asia CETECOM is searching for an Account Manager with consumer device testing and certification experience outstanding communication skills technical acumen and an ability to build successful relationships with customers A successful Account Manager will possess a consultative sales approach and understands the importance of team work The candidate will be based in the San Francisco Bay Area but all others with the right experience will be considered Major Responsibilities Required to positively increase the sales revenue for the organization by establishing and building relationships with new accounts Maintain monthly quarterly and annual targets Required to call on potential customers as well as conduct customer training Manage opportunities from initial contact to service contract execution utilizing CRM (Customer Relationship Management Systems) Effectively communicate with other Account Managers and Sales Manager to determine strategic approaches for increased sales Generate quotations and follow up with customers to obtain purchase orders Responsible for market penetration education and promotion of our services through phone prospecting trade shows networking etc Build relationships at multiple levels ndash from engineering to VP within assigned territory Enhance up to date knowledge on new services procedures and tools by attending departmental and training meetings Job Requirements Bachelorrsquos degree or equivalent experience in Sales or Marketing Demonstrated experience in cellular technologies (GSMGPRSUMTS) with some demonstrable knowledge and exposure to device certification specifications andor test systems Experience of industry certification schemes (GCFPTCRBRTTEFCC etc) and carrier compliance directives andor mobile devices highly desirable SQA (Software QAapplications testing) experience highly desirable Proven success in building successful relationships with prospective customers Able to work in a fastpaced selfdirected environment Proficient in MS Word PowerPoint Excel and Outlook Proficient in CRM software solutions Experience with Sales Force is a plus Effective time management organization and multitasking skills Highly energetic and selfstarter Capable of preserving confidential and sensitive information Ability to travel extensively for sales calls Excellent writing editing communications and interpersonal skills Must be a team player and be able to work well under pressure We offer competitive salary along with an excellent benefits package including 100 employer paid medicalvisiondentaldisabilitylife insurance 401(K) plan with matching tuition reimbursement a generous PTO plan paid holidays and more For consideration please submit your resume to HR hrcetecomusacom EOE |
