Job Description


Responsibilities:
  • To assist the Team Head, Remittance & Deposit Services in identifying operational gaps & propose solutions on daily operations matters and workflow for training & guide junior staff, clearing and remittance processing
  • Process inward/outward remittance via SWIFT & MEP+
  • Knowledge of issuance of demand draft & cashier order, autocheques
  • Knowledge of inward/outward e-GIRO
  • Oversee department UAT, project implementation, study session & system demo
  • Supervise, train & guide junior staff
  • Any other duties as assigned

Requirements:
  • Minimum a Degree qualification
  • Min 5 years experience in remittance, preferably from Retail & Wholesale banking environment
  • Must have 7 years of working experience in checking the documents and handling of back to back transactions
  • At least a year of supervisory relevant banking experience
  • Able to work independently and in a team
  • Have good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English
