Job Description
Responsibilities:
- To assist the Team Head, Remittance & Deposit Services in identifying operational gaps & propose solutions on daily operations matters and workflow for training & guide junior staff, clearing and remittance processing
- Process inward/outward remittance via SWIFT & MEP+
- Knowledge of issuance of demand draft & cashier order, autocheques
- Knowledge of inward/outward e-GIRO
- Oversee department UAT, project implementation, study session & system demo
- Supervise, train & guide junior staff
- Any other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum a Degree qualification
- Min 5 years experience in remittance, preferably from Retail & Wholesale banking environment
- Must have 7 years of working experience in checking the documents and handling of back to back transactions
- At least a year of supervisory relevant banking experience
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Have good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of spoken and written English
